Delonghi

One of the largest and most popular coffee machine makers is Delonghi. The company is based in Italy, and manufactures a wide range of coffee makers including the Bar 14 series and the Perfecta ESAM.

Most Delonghi appliances – whether they are coffee makers or air conditions – have a stylish and interesting design. The company have been named amongst the top 50 influential designers in the world in recent years.

Bodum

Bodum aren’t as well known or popular as Delonghi, but produce several coffee makers including the 1446 Latteo and 1928 Chambord models. The company was originally founded towards the end of the Second World War in Denmark by a man called Peter Bodum. As with Delonghi, Bodum pride themselves on making aesthetically pleasing appliances for the home.

Bosch

Perhaps better known for their larger appliances such as washing machines, Bosch produce a range of different coffee makers. The Tassimo range is the company’s most popular, with models such as the TAS4011GB and TAS4013GB selling large numbers.

Krups

A lesser known manufacturer of coffee makers is Krups. The company was originally founded in 1846, so is one of the oldest kitchen appliance manufacturers. Aside from coffee machines, Krups are also known for their waffle and ice cream makers.
